I do yoga once in a blue moon. A few months ago I started a excersize regimen by watching FIT Tv and doing the excersizes, and then I got lazy and didnt do it anymore. I took my dog to the vet about a week ago because she was shivering and coughing a little. The doctor said she had a temp and some phlegm in her throat and gave her a shot (he said it was kind of like a sinus tail for dogs) and told me if she didn't get better, bring her back and we would start antibiotics. I have an appointment in a few hours but what's your opinion on this? She does get allergies fairly often but doesn't usually cough. She was coughing all night last night so I gave her a children's benadryl (which I do occionally for allergies and approved by my vet). She stopped coughing but threw up a few hours later. I noticed too that she must have thrown up yesterday as well because I found a dried up spot on my carpet. What do you think this is? ok. my first day at my new school was monday. i was nervous, but everything had been going smoothly until 2nd period. apparently some kid (we will call him bob) has been talking about me ever since he first saw me. then at break one of bobs friends comes up and yells "BOB LIKES YOU" and now bob didnt only tell his friends, bob told the WORLD. and it was a bit big cuz im the "new girl" and some guy already likes me. all of a sudden my name wasnt my name, people started calling me the "girl bob likes" and left and right were "bob likes you" and everyone says bob is ugly and they felt sorry for me. during lunch on of bobs friends comes up to me and says "bob wants to go out with you." and i said no. (btw thanks to bob abd his creepy friends my first day was quite an awkwars one) then all in a group, bob and his friends started following me around campus (still at lunch) yelling "hey baby wanna go out with me?!" i kept screaming no and trying to walk away and finally the bell rang and i quickly went to my cl. i was very disturbed. toward the end of the day there were more "bob likes you" people and at the end of the day i was tired (this new school goes longer than my old one) and as i was walking out of school this guy comes up to me and says "bob cried he likes you so much and you dont like him." ok seriously, thats hard to believe. but i had had a rough day so i yelled "WELL TELL HIM THATS FREAKING TOO BAD" and stomped off. hes ALL OVER ME!!!!!!! what do I do?!!!!!!!!

I feel really bad about wanting be friends with this guy...?

Well I know this guy who's my age but he's in high school because of his stupid birthday x.x Anyway, I know him because my mom is his moms counselor >.< It's really weird since his mom is actually pretty normal she's just stressed because well her son is a druggie. I mean I live in a crap town and probably 70% of the kids do drugs anyway but even my dealer friends think this guy does too much drugs. Strange thing is he's really quite smart and put together. He actually functions on a day to day basis completely unlike most of my friends. I mean I hung out with him the other day and I completely didn't expect him to show up. But he did and he even remembered it when he got home. On the other hand he definitely does a lot more **** than most people I know. My friends and I have this friend Norman, and we consider him our really stoner friend for the most part. Like we're only in grade 9 but Normans been smoking weed since 5th grade, and he started doing a lot more stuff last year, including dealing. Even Norman thinks this guy does too much. We kinda don't know what to think about it, since he has a pretty bad reputation for being down for almost anything that'd get him high o.o. Really the reason I feel bad about this is because well...I DO like him as a friend he's cool but in some part of my mind I feel like I'm just observing him, like I want to figure him out so bad it's like an experiment. Almost every fictional story I've ever seen. If the movie lasts two hours, the first hour and 45 minutes are alright, then in the last 15 minutes, it is as if the writers got tired. Wrapping up a long drawn out story with lines such as "Oh well. What are you gonna do?" just ruins the whole show and make me wish for my 2 hours and $7.50 back. I am ashamed to be seen walking out of the theater, the movie is so stupid.

At the time my ex-boyfriend was my boyfriend, like any other relationship, we had our ups and downs. First time we broke up, his ex-girlfriend had his first son. I panicked, thinkin' he would get back with her, I lied. I lied and told him I was pregnant. Second time, this girl kept comin up, that he was suppose to be messin' with. He denied her, until she became pregnant by him. Third time, I got tired of sittin home waitin on him, so I decided to hit da Clubs, on a regular basis. Next couple days, up pops a picture on Facebook of him and his ex-girlfriend titled "The Family"(More to that). On her page is a picture of him proposin' to her, down on one knee with a ring. 6 weeks ped, he shows up at my house. We talked as friends, then he tells me that he isn't happy. They've been havin problems, she can't except his other baby. She asked him, If they were to break up who would he be with? I pretended not to hear him. Few weeks later, he ask me to take him back, I did, like a dummy. It seemed to have hit him that all I wanted was a little QT. Preparin' for our new start, he went off to drive trucks. Thinkin' when he came home he would wanna spend time with me. Instead he tells me he needs some "Me Time. WTF!! A week ped, I hit my usual "Pick Me Up", da Club. I run into his cousin. Been awhile since I had seen him. He would come over with my ex-boyfriend. I would ask my ex-boyfriend about his cousin, not knowin' they had a fallin out too. Boy, does his cousin talk. He told me about the other females and how my ex-boyfriend would give them money. How he was only messin' with me because he was bored. My lifes been horrible lately, help?

Well I really need to vent. I'm in my freshman year and i've been dealing but sometimes I just have moments where I get really depressed. So everyone says to not take your high school years for granted and I'm scared that I'm going to be miserable when I grow up because I didn't have an "enjoyable experience". To start off with I feel so small and unpopular, not like I did in middle school. All my good friends turned into druggys, I have no REAL friends in my cles but I've learned to deal. I don't play sports. My bestfriend in the whole world isn't treating me like she use too. I like this guy and she liked him before but got over it and she knows and I think she's mad at me for it but wont admit it. I don't know anyone older then me and I have 2 close friends that do and I also love them very much so I want to try hanging out with them. I write music and have been doing great with it and I'm getting singing lessons in january and I know this is what I want to do. Hello Super y, Thanks for your reply. I am so happy to hear your neck problem is better. Today I had to stay home from work because Nessa woke up ill with a fever. By about 9:00am I was also pretty sick, so we've both laid around much of the day. Sore throat & aches, sore eye, nothing too major. We were well enough to make a run to Biscuitville and get a late breakfast nonetheless. While at home one of the repair people came by and fixed the upstairs sink. The problem with both the oven and dishwasher were both determined, but the man who came did not have the tools to fix. The diswasher's "drain solenoid" is stuck open, thereby letting all the wash water out instead of keeping it inside the chamber for the wash cycle. And as imagined, the problem with the oven is indeed the thermostat. He said they might have to bring a new oven because the cost to repair this one is more than the oven is worth. That would be awesome to get a new one. I've taken down the shelves & vanity cabinet from your new room and have patched the holes in the wall, to prep for painting. I patched some holes in the bathroom as well where an old towel bar used to be that I took down when I moved in (to make room for the over-toilet organizer.) I think a new towel bar in the bathroom will not be needed because I've gotten hooks for towels that hang over mine & Nessa's bedroom door. That also keeps the towels separate for sanitary reasons (not that anybody is dirty, but it is always nice to have a towel to yourself.) I am still working on the organization of downstairs-- Nessa has a lot of toys & art supplies, and I have more books than I realized. I have moved stuff around several times to negotiate what might be the final layout. I think ultimately I will have to get some shelving for the overflow, which I picture being on the wall where the stairs meet, being out of the way of the main living space. The shared closet spaces downstairs are fully organized and I have 1/3 to 1/2 of the space opened up for your belongings. I am particularly happy with Nessa/my room, in fact I can hardly resist laying on the bed everytime I go in there and just take in the sense of relaxation. The pink color has a suprisingly strong relaxing effect. I made some "curtain" pieces from fabric to cover the front of one of the white pressboard organizers, and I might make curtains for the other ones too. I'm going to get another picture frame or too for some of Nessa's artwork and photos, as opposed to thumbtacking them to the wall as I had done previously. It looks neater when the art is actually in frames. Hope to make a trip to Home Depot or Lowe's sometime this weekend. After doing research, the unit was scheduled to sell on the court steps on October 5th which happens to be the same date she filed for bankruptcy which subsequently halted the for closure proceedings. I also just found out the owner owes HOA over &14k. So, my question is am I still obligated by law to pay rent since she obviously never paid mortgage or should I wait to hear from the trustee?

Don't despair...you are way too not-far-along in your life to be feeling this much stress, you know? High school has it's problems and pressures but once you finish, you realize it was such a small part of your life. In fact, your entire schooling years are in reality a small part of your life, and it becomes clear once you finish them. There is so much out there in life to pursue, so many opportunities. Try to look beyond what you are going through right now because many people go through it. Sometimes life is harder when we are younger and for others it is harder at other periods of our life. Don't let these things you are going through now hold you back - you have to find the tools to rise above them. I really suggest you ask your parents if you can, if you could see a counselor who can help you figure out how to deal with these things. I have seen counselors at various times in my life, starting in high school...they really help you to figure out what to do in certain situations. It's just like asking on this answers page except they are actually certified to help people figure things out. Maybe you need a tutor for Biology just to get through it you know? Maybe you need someone to help you learn how to discipline yourself to study for your driver's license. Even a school counselor to start. No one else has to know you are going to one. Maybe you need to have someone help you get out of that failure mindset, and it is TOTALLY possible to do...you just have to try techniques and find out what works - but you have to find someone who can give you those first. Believe me, you will get through this if you can stick it out and believe there is something waiting for you on the other side of your trials. Best to you.

Is it too late to be a pro athlete?

Well. It depends on what u got. If you live somewhere where u can get a membership somewhere where there is always an open court, u should get it. Then probably if u are totally serious, get a personal tennis coach, but not until you are actually pretty good and wouldnt drive him/her crazy, cuz it will make things more productive. Now, there has to be some people at school, church or whatever that are pretty good players and could help you. Or try a local tennis store that would sell tennis stuff and make a flyer so if anybody would like to help you, they can call you. Then it will make it a whole lot more possible if you are a very good athlete and can play just about any sport, or at least look good playing any. I know I started when i was like 8 or 9, but i wasnt totally serious about it and I didnt have the money to do anything with it anyway. But, i am a really good athlete so i picked it up pretty quickly. So if you are really serious, practice every day, and once you get the basics down and get pretty good, you can also practice, at least serving, on your own. I kno that i would go out an play w/ u if i was close cuz i dont have anybody to play with either. so, Good luck!

My teacher told me I'm a waste of space?

I had my phone out during cl and I was waiting for an important phone call because the court house was supposed to be calling me and I didn't rudely give him the phone. I gave it to him with no argument. After cl I asked him for it back, not rude again, and he told me no that I can get it after cl and so I told him i really need it. He told me to get an administraitor to come down with me to get it, since it was first lunch none of them could help me. I went back to my cl during ping period and her took me out in the hall and asked for a explination and I told him about the court thingy, then he tried to pry for the reason they would be calling me and I told him it was personal and then he told me I do nothing in that cl and that he doesn't give a damn about my home life he doesn't know what's going on with me but it needs to stop at the door cause he's only responsible for me for 55 minutes. He made me cry infront of other teachers because I'm going through a hard time, and that just didn't help me. So I went this morning to the vice principal and she said that us 3 we'll have a meeting. I don't have to go to his class today but I feel like he's going to tell her I was lieing cause there's no true witnesses this teacher sucks, he blows off kids questions and talks to us like we're 5. Gall bladder removal after baby...?

I was told that having gall bladder issues after having a baby is normal. I am 25 years old and I had my first baby on January 4, 2008. Yesterday I had my gall bladder removed by laproscopy (sp?) because I had nearly 2 dozen gall stones. I thought the pain was from the 5 spinal taps I had while getting prepped for my c-section. Today I took the bandages off, showered and let the soap and water just run down the 4 incisions and then patted dry like I was told. I left the bandages off for a couple hours and just recently but them back on so I can go to sleep. 2 of the 4 incisions are red. Not bad red, just red. Is that normal? There's no red streaks or anything. Is there something that I can put on them to keep them from getting infected? I was told peroxide by some and not to by others. Same with neosporin. Does anyone know by experience??

About two years ago, I made the mistake of "being blinded by the sports car" when I decided to purchase a car. Also what can I do to build it up if anything over that period of time? I know that I could pay the difference between the auction price and what I owed but the bank told me that they would be able to get the balance at auction and they didnt. In those days people blamed the victim. No wonder she was crazy! You don't mention any other family. Is there anyone who can really help? If not, you have to try social agencies. You don't have to go to church before you ask a minister, priest, rabbi, or whatever for help. Your school can help. Even a teacher you like may give you some guidance. It won't be easy! But, right now you are killing yourself, and what she's doing to you can make you so mentally ill, that your life in the future is in real danger. You must know that there are child abuse agencies that would help you. Foster homes can sound frightening, but living with her is killing you. You need counselling right now to cope with the damage she has done. Find help now! I am truly sorry this happening to you. Please know that you have lots of company. Head did hurt after sledding last night?

On the 18th (15 days ago) i noticed a tiny bit of blood on the tissue. And about a week ago i was having light spotting for a few days and now it has completely stopped. The 1st day of my last period was the 28th October so im roughly 4/5 days late. Every so often i get a strange twinge in my and a strange twinge on the bottom right side of my abdomem. I took a tesco test three days ago and it was completely negative, not even the faintest of lines. I tested 10pm at night. It was a �3 test from Tesco. Has this ever happened to any of you out there and it turned out that you were indeed pregnant? Although i havent had any sickness or signes apart from late period. I have read a few stories on here about people that have had false negatives. Also, when does morning sickness typically start? Is it around 6 weeks? I just don't know what to do apart from wait.

Uncomfortable sensations in upper chest, neck, & back?

I've had everything looked at by the cardiologist, all is normal. I get these uncomfortable sensations, they aren't burning or painful, just really uncomfortable in my upper chest, neck, and back.
