Outcome of court summon for jumping train with no ticket (fraud)?

Yes it will with a fine of around �300 (thats the average but it could be less if it is your first offence or a hell of a lot more (upto 1,000) if you've been caught before. You will get a criminal record which will make it harder getting a job in the future and may even result in you losing your job. Was it really worth it for a �3.50 fare?
