Did Eric really "pitch a tent" during the Veto challenge last night (8/29) on BB8 (US)?

I wasn't watching that closely, but people on televisionwithoutpity swear that Eric grew a tree in his pants after Zach rammed him in the Veto competition, when they were both trying to get on that stump on the same time. Is this true? YouTube evidence?
