What are some really great soup recipes?

Can you make soup only using cans of chicken noodle soup and adding your own little foods to it. or is their something else out there that taste really good without using can soups and boiling chicken to get the broth. Because i like soup Alto that's actually the food that i mostly eat in my house. Thank you for your recipes.
