Which EPL team has the best charity or community service record?

Just now getting into football and am searching for a team to support. I plan on watching a whole season before I settle in on one team, but I do think that attitude and service are a big part of things that will resonate with me. Which teams are most active in charity or community service and what are those organizations/activities they support/do?
