Friends and my anorexia?

One of my closest friends who I had known for 8 years told me to go die in hospital when I was in hospital with serious problems relating to anorexia, and now they just text me like nothing happened! I don't think I want to know them anymore because I was alway there for them if they needed me for any reason and soon as I beep support and help they said that to me! What would you do? Would you be friends with someone that said that to you when you was in hospital in a serious way :/ ( I was about to go into cardiac arrest ) thanks :)
