Saints row 2 glitch... recognize it?

I was playing Saints Row 2 on the nuclear waste island when a cop tazed me and I was arrested. So I ended up in the infirmary of the jail there but that was the first time i was ever there so i got confused and kicked open the doors that led out of the infirmary. I stepped out into nothing and could see some of the polygons that made the structures around, which I guess were above me, and I started to free fall. I was cracking up and it said 'Press Y to open parachute' which made me laugh even harder so I didn't press it then I died. This happen to anyone else?
