Rear Defrost wont work after new window was installed? How do i fix this?

The Car is a 99 olds Alero. The rear window was shattered in the spring and a new window was replaced. Now that its winter the defrost wont work? I have checked the 3 connectors on the window itself and am also trying to figure out which fuse it might be to replace?? The defrost worked last winter.. What am i missing?
