There's a saying that goes back from the old cave man days and it goes like this: "ooh hoo hee aah hoo" Which roughly translates to: "If it sounds too good to be true, and you fall for it, then you're an idiot and you have no one to blame but yourself. So stop buying into online scams and just do the right thing. Maybe just take it to get repaired if it's still under warranty or if it was purchased with a credit card, see if they automatically extended the warranty on the item (most credit cards add 1 year of service to the standard).
