Has anyone played Whispers: Room 6?

If so im stuck and desperately need a little help. I am in the garage with the car i have it jacked up and i have the lug wrench. When i Zoom in to the tire it tells me to spin it so i try with the two items i have ,the lug wrench and the sheers, then i try without anything.. Am i missing something? any help would be greatly appreciated.
