Question for smokers?

How come some people that smoke, like don't even care how they exhale it? Like I mean, you see some people just breathe it out their nose and just talk while it's in their lungs, and don't seem to care about it. I know most people just blow it out, but a lot of people that I see, just act like they dont even care.
