atkins worked miracles for me. I am 32, 6'2 and currently 230 pounds. when I went on atkins I got down to a beautiful 180. but I could not stick to it because......a nacho platter here, a cheeseburger (with the bread) there, a chocolate milkshake everywhere! Does anyone know how to stick to a low carb diet without giving up? I find it so hard because if I dont eat the foods I crave I get very angry and violent.
