Guys...help......:] GUY QUESSTION?

So I have hung out with this guy once..First time we hung out, we went to the park & talked & then he bought me ice cream. He invited me to a party/hang with his friends, but I told him I could not go. So he texted me the next day & told me he wanted to hang out again. So we hung out last night & he took me to hibachi grill & that is a expensive meal! Then after that we just walked around & what not. And he invtied me to a party at this fraternity house he was in. so i don't drink but i played on his beer pong team & he only had one drink, and we decided to leave. he went and worked out with his friend, and i just went on home. he didn't kiss me or anything but he did hug me..and said he would call when he wanted to hang out again. I dunno if he likes me or not. he is sorta shy in a way but he does talk to me. i think he is one of those guys who takes things very slowly..which i dunno if that means he is looking for something serious or what? he is 22 years old & i am 19. he hasn't kissed or held my hand to me yet..what do you think about this? does he like me or what? tell your opinions.. should i wait for him to text/call me?
