"Decir" conjugation in Spanish por favor?!?

Can someone please give me the correct conjugations of "decir" in Spanish please!! :) I communicate in Spanish sometimes at work but I always have trouble conjugating this verb correctly and I do not want to say the wrong thing. Thank you! Just in present and preterite please. Gracias mis amigos! :)
