Can they leave me negative feedback?

I have two buyers on Ebay, who, unfortunately, have not paid me after four days. I plan to open an unpaid item dispute tomorrow if they don't pay. My question is, can they retaliate for this by leaving negative feedback for me? I have worked hard to restore my score after a negative (from another non paying bidder) ruined it and I can't stand the thought. Help!
