My teacher told me I'm a waste of space?

I had my phone out during cl and I was waiting for an important phone call because the court house was supposed to be calling me and I didn't rudely give him the phone. I gave it to him with no argument. After cl I asked him for it back, not rude again, and he told me no that I can get it after cl and so I told him i really need it. He told me to get an administraitor to come down with me to get it, since it was first lunch none of them could help me. I went back to my cl during ping period and her took me out in the hall and asked for a explination and I told him about the court thingy, then he tried to pry for the reason they would be calling me and I told him it was personal and then he told me I do nothing in that cl and that he doesn't give a damn about my home life he doesn't know what's going on with me but it needs to stop at the door cause he's only responsible for me for 55 minutes. He made me cry infront of other teachers because I'm going through a hard time, and that just didn't help me. So I went this morning to the vice principal and she said that us 3 we'll have a meeting. I don't have to go to his class today but I feel like he's going to tell her I was lieing cause there's no true witnesses this teacher sucks, he blows off kids questions and talks to us like we're 5. I hate him, if we don't get alllllll of the home work done from through out the week then none of it counts. I'm just upset, advice on what to do please?
