it's impossible to remember everything. but you should be able to reasonably answer any questions regarding how you might achieve the goal. usually you won't be asked about syntax since there are a thousand different ways to accomplish the same outcome in any programming language. basically there is no definitive way to do something. if they are that that yu have to guess how THEY would code something you might not want that job anyway...
