Is it true that Dana White hasn't signed Mayhem Miller because he is scared of him?

I dont think Miller would want to compete in the UFC again. He does have a rapidly growing american fan base. but a been a favorite of Japanese fans for some time now. The losses he had in the UFC were from a while ago Since then Miller has grow as a fight he would with out a doubt make major waves in the UFC middle weight division but i this point i am not ssure how well he could do against Anderson. If jacare could not tap miller then no UFC middleweight is going to tap him.
